FREIGHT & HANDLING:
We only charge a nominal fee of $17.50 for freight and
handling.

"door to door" delivery for most of our products.
It's easy to keep track
of your parcels with the on-line track and trace site. Visit Toll's website at
https://priority.toll.com.au/ then click on the track and trace icon
and enter the tracking number provided with your despatch
confirmation.
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery to some remote
locations. We may use Australia Post to some isolated locations that are not
serviced by Toll Priority.
For your security and that of the goods you
have purchased we will only be able to send your parcel to a street address (no
PO Box numbers) as you will have to sign for delivery.
Should you specifically wish your goods to be sent to a PO
Box number it can only be forwarded through Australia Post and an additional
"registered post" fee will apply. We will email you with the amount of
additional charges that apply. Rest assured your Credit Card will not be charged
for any goods until we have confirmation from you regarding any additional
freight charge.
Please feel free to contact us at any time should you be
concerned about the delivery of your order.
RETURNS:
Should there be any fault with an item purchased from us,
you must contact us by email to advise us of the nature of the fault within
seven days of receipt. The item must then be returned to us, in its original,
unused condition, along with the packaging and any accessories. On receipt of
the returned goods, we will replace faulty items where possible, or provide you
with a full refund. We will also refund you any shipping cost involved in
returning the item to us.
SECURITY:
At Workgeardirect your privacy is our priority. We do not
give out information about our customers and your personal details are protected
by our secure servers. When you give us your credit card details, they are
encrypted for additional security.
At Workgeardirect online there is no need to question the
security of information transmitted over the internet. Our secure servers fully
encrypt sensitive data for safe, trouble-free transactions. We utilise all of
the latest security methods and fraud detection techniques to protect any and
all information you entrust to us. Credit card information transmitted online is
encrypted while in transit, so that even if the information is intercepted,

Site 128-bit encryption technology whenever Workgeardirect asks for any
personal information. All customer data is stored on a physically separate
secure server that cannot be accessed over the internet, we do this to protect
against theft of data from outside.
Most browsers show a lock in the status bar at the bottom of
the screen to indicate a secure page. Make sure to look for this lock on all web
pages that ask for any personal information. Workgeardirect HIGHLY
recommends that any page asking for personal information that does NOT
display a LOCK on the bottom right of you’re browser not be
completed.
