To stay safe in the workplace it is important to
be seen, and understanding the different standards of high visibility
will ensure that the correct garment is applied to the right
conditions.
Bisley SafetyWear garments are tested to ensure they comply with the
relevant Australian Standards AS/NZS 4602:1999 for High Visibility
Safety Garments, and ASNZS 1906.4:1997 High Visibility Safety
Materials. The different classifications are outlined below. However,
for a full understanding of the requirements we recommend you refer to
the relevant manuals
These garments are designed for daytime use only.
They are made from fluorescent fabric and do not have reflective tape.
These garments are designed for night time use
only and are only effective when viewed under lights against a dark
background. They typically use reflective tape on a non-fluorescent
fabric.
These garments are suitable for both day and night
situations and generally combine the use of both fluorescent fabrics
and reflective material.

| Bisley workwear is tested to Australian Standard for Sun
Protective clothing AS/NZ 4399:1996 and can be identified by our
special sun protection logo. Look for it on our garments or speak
to one of our customer service team for more information. |
| Stain release |

| Many Bisley garments are treated with our special stain
release formula to help the laundering process and guard against
dirt and stains. Look for the special ‘Stain Reguard’ logo |
| Moisture control |
 |
| The Australian workplace can get hot and sweaty and
to help your workers stay cooler look for moisture control
garments in 100% polyester micromesh and cotton backed
hydrophilic. The moisture control feature draws perspiration away
from the skin enabling a faster cooling process. |
